| OVGS is a non-profit organization that encourages and promotes the practice and knowledge of needlework in all its forms. Members have the fellowship of persons who enjoy needlework and wish to learn and share their knowledge and thereby work towards maintaining higher standards of design, colour and workmanship. The OVGS provides monthly meetings, chapter newsletters, special day and/or evening workshops, a lending library within the Guild, and membership in the national organization, the Embroiderers’ Association of Canada, founded in 1973. |
Needlenotes - The OVGS Newsletter

Needlenotes is published quarterly for the members of the Ottawa Valley Guild of Stitchery. Please read our privacy policy regarding our newsletters. Non-members will not have access to member information. JUNE 2008 - In the past, Needlenotes was available in two separate editions; one for members and one for non-members. The non-members version respected the Ottawa Valley Guild of Stitchery Privacy Policy. Effective immediately the OVGS will produce one newsletter available for both members and non-members. The OVGS will continue to respect our Privacy Policy. No personal information will be printed in this edition.
