Ottawa Valley Guild of Stitchery
 |
 |
Starting August 14, the Ottawa Valley Guild of Stitchery will display members’ work at Wabi Sabi, 1078 Wellington St, Ottawa. The display showcases a variety of needlework techniques. Drop in anytime Tuesday to Sunday to see the display which continues until August 30, 2010.
Wabi Sabi is a retail store focusing on weaving and knitting which generously provides the use of their display windows for all thread arts, needle and fibre arts guilds and organizations. |
The Open House, on August 20th, is our way to say thank you to Wabi Sabi’s owner, Carol Secord, and give our members and guests a chance to meet others with an interest in needlework, textile or fibre arts. Please join us.
Drop in anytime to see the display which continues until August 30, 2010.
Feel free to send this invitation to friends interested in stitching, as well as other guilds you may belong to. This is definitely a case of “the more the merrier”!
